Focus Group Europe is seeking an Account Development Representative to join the inside sales team in London. This position is a high-profile growth opportunity that demands a highly motivated individual with strong sales, communications and organisational skills, who is eager to succeed and become part of a rapidly growing company. You will join an existing team working within the European market.
The role has two key responsibilities; firstly you will be responsible for working assigned sales representatives to design and implement outbound calling campaigns to identify qualified leads and secondly follow-up and accurately qualify inbound enquiries and marketing campaign responders. In this role you will have the opportunity to work closely with the experienced field sales executives and they will help nurture your progression within the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish, develop and grow new business relationships over the telephone with influential contacts within prospect accounts
  • Focus on understanding business drivers, challenges, pain points and how ServiceNow solutions map to these
  • Leverage existing installations and relationships into projects, departments and divisions to identify new opportunities to pass to the Account Managers
  • Align with Account Managers to effectively devise territory plans and account profiles
  • Provide timely and accurate information to management such as forecasting, territory plans and business objectives
  • Utilise and leverage technology to manage marketing leads effectively and efficiently
  • Working towards daily, monthly & quarterly KPI metrics such as Calls Made, Talk Time, Appointment Setting
  • To be successful the candidate must have:

  • A demonstrable track record of success and determination
  • Excellent presentation, listening, verbal and written skills
  • Excellent relationship building skills – ability to build meaningful business relationships with customers, prospects and internal colleagues
  • Persistent and dependable, especially with attendance, deliverables and deadlines
  • Ability to articulate the value of solutions to prospects and customers and to leverage this to drive maximum revenue opportunity
  • Skills in sales force automation, enterprise resource planning or other IT infrastructure management (monitoring and discovery) technologies a definite plus
  • Able to adapt to a constantly changing environment
  • Ability to be based at our headquarters in London, with occasional travel as required
